Information :
Seki is the forty-seventh town of fifty-three station towns on Tokaido highway and another highway called “Ise betsukaido”exists from here to Ise shrine for pilgrims. More than 200 machiya( traditional houses) built during the Edo period (1603-1868) and the Meiji period (1868-1912) have been well preserved.
