The late autumn is the time to start Nabe season! This is the season when fish has plenty of fat, root vegetables grow and people get an appetite after hot and humid summer! So even if you forget who come to Japan with you, please do not forget ” Get Nabe! in Japan”.? Many kinds of Nabe excist.
