10+ Good Spots in Atami
The place which people can go in 45 min by the Shinkansen or in 2 hours by JR Tokaido line from Tokyo. It is Atami that is a famous hot spring place and is shaking in the interval of an old good time and redevelopment. However, this area is getting secretly popular among women, since the service of the beauty treatment salon has been filled up but not expensive.
If a trip is a couple of nights, Going to Shimoda, Ito or Izu Kougen might be good. Nice beach in Shimoda, a Cactus park and an oceanic park etc.But if a trip is for only one night and two days, probably people can enjoy taking a hot spring, eating fresh delicacies from the sea at the first day. The point is the second day. After checking out from a hotel, we still have some hours. What do we do in Atami? Just going back one’s home or hotel in Tokyo is one way but…. Here is tips.

Hatsuhima island – a Resort island (30 min by ship from Atami)

Zensaku – Another buckweat noodle shop located in the center of Atami city (Near Seiyu Store)
Kagiya – Get Stone scorch doria (near Atami Ginza street)
Marie – A Cafe with viewing Mt.Fuji ( 20 min by car from Atami sta. )
