Shikinaen
Information : Shikinaen | 識名園
It is supposed that this garden that compared culture unique to Ryukyu with the Chinese style was made at the end time of the 18th century. Since this garden was located in the south of the Shuri castle, it was also called Nanen.
Shikinaen has been designated as a sight of World Heritage “Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu” since 2000.
