Eiho-ji Teien – Garden

TeienThe garden of the Eiho-ji temple of about 51,300 square meters is one of the best work of Soseki Muso as well as Zuisen-ji Temple in Kamakura and a Tenryu-ji temple in Arashiyama, Kyoto. It is the strolling pond garden.(池泉廻遊式: Chisen Kaiyu shiki)
Soseki Muso – He was a Zen monk living in the Kamakura period to the Muromachi period, he also has been known as a gardener.
