Byodo-in Teien – Garden
Information :
Byodo-in Temple was originally a villa of Michinaga Fujiwara, but his son Yorimichi (Chief adviser to the Emperor ) changed it to a temple in 1052. The style of the garden is a Strolling pond garden Style(Chisen Kaiyu Shiki). The restoration maintenance has been advanced based on excavation data.
